Safety has always been our top priority. We continue to update our policies on an ongoing basis based on local, state, and CDC guidelines, and we also evaluate local incident and positivity rates when making decisions. Please check our policy page for the post up to date information.
Your child can start a class at any time if space is available. Your charges will be prorated your first month to reflect your start date.
Due to Covid-19 we are not allowing trial classes at this time.
No, your registration will automatically renew each month until you provide a cancellation notice. All cancellations must be received by the 15th of the month prior. For example to cancel for March you will need to cancel by February 15th. Only cancellations received via email will be accepted.
Tuition is charged monthly, on the 25th day of the month prior. For example, July’s tuition will be processed on June 25th.
To register for a class, you must have a credit card or debit card on file in the parent portal. This is the only form of payment accepted. Your card will be charged on the 25th day of the month prior.
You can create an account through our parent portal. Once an account is created you can register for classes and store your payment option.
Some month have 3, 4, or 5 days of the week in that month. Your tuition is the same regardless of the number of weeks in that month. We are closed 4 weeks through out the year, and will be open 48 weeks (an average of 4 weeks/month).
Ta Da Gymnastics is will be closed the following weeks in 2020-2021:
Thanksgiving Break: November 25rd - November 29th
Winter Break: December 24th - January 1st
Spring Break: March 29th - April 4th
Summer Break: July 3rd - July 9th
We closed on Halloween. We will also be closed Monday, May 31st for Memorial Day and Monday, September 7th for Labor Day.
*Halloween, Memorial Day, Labor Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day will be prorated as they fall outside of our standard 4 weeks of closure.
